Coaching Is Ideal For:

People who want to make positive changes in their personal or business lives.

People who don’t yet know where to start or what direction to travel in order to make those changes.

Coaching Is Not Ideal For:

Someone who has deep-rooted psychological and/or emotional problems.

Someone who only responds to a lot of direction and only wants to be told what to do and how to do it.
